1. Operator and scope
These terms govern the Now Vienna early-access website and waitlist. The operator is Dejan Vlasakov, Laaer-Berg-Straße 47B/125, 1100 Wien, Austria, contactable at hello@get-now-app.com. They apply when you submit the waitlist form.
2. Eligibility and your submission
You must be at least 18 to join this waitlist. Provide an email address you control and keep it accurate. Do not submit another person’s email or use the form to send unlawful, harmful or automated material.
3. What the waitlist is
Joining the waitlist is free. It records interest in a possible Vienna launch; it is not a purchase, reservation of a product, guaranteed invitation, account, partnership or promise of any feature, timing or availability. We may change, pause or end the early-access programme. If we invite you, app-specific terms and safety rules will apply before use.
4. Email and withdrawal
We use your email only to deliver the single Vienna launch invitation you request. We do not use this list for a recurring newsletter or product updates. You can withdraw your invitation consent at any time by contacting us before the invitation is sent. See the Privacy Notice for details.
5. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided for general information and early-access registration. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact launch timing or that the website will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand, copy and visual assets belong to the operator or its licensors. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, scrape, misuse or present it as your own without permission.
7. Law, consumer rights and contact
